Return Policy

At Amana clothing we believe customers satisfaction is our main priority. We makesure customers are always satisfied with what they purchase from our store. However, we completely understand that sometimes you may change your mind or products may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we have 14 days return policy starting from the day you receive your order. Please note we cannot process the refunds if it's not within this time frame.

To open a return request, you can simply contact our customer service team by email [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return, and we will guide you through.

Please follow these instructions when returning the item.

• Ensure that the items have its original tag, unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
• Return items MUST BE in the condition as how you received. If items showing any sign of additional wear, stains, holes perfume odor, wash or damaged. We will not accept the return and will return it back to you.
  At Amana clothing, before shipping the order we ensure that each and every item is inspected and checked properly. However, case in an event if you receive any damaged, defect or in correct items. Please contact our customer service within 2 days.
• Please note that return and shipments are at the customers expense and may choose any courier service. While returning We highly recommend please retain a copy of postage.
• Please note, once your order has been placed we are unable to cancel it.
